Terms and Conditions for Using the Electronic Offering Auction (e-Offering Auction)
and Electronic Auction Systems (e-Auction)
I, as a user, would like to use the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems as permitted by the Legal Execution Department, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. When using the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems, I must use only
the username and password provided by the Legal Execution Department.
2. When I log in with the username and password provided by the Legal Execution Department to conduct transactions and confirm the submission of information,
it shall be considered as my own action. I agree to be bound by any document forms generated by the computer system in the data entries according to
the submission made through the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems.
3. I will keep the username and password confidential. If any person uses my username and password in the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems, whether authorized by me or not, it shall be considered as my own action.
4. When using the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems, if there is a specified end time or end date, the Legal Execution Department will close the system at 4.30 p.m.
on the last day of the deadline, based on the time in the e-Offering Auction and
e-Auction systems.
5. If I do not complete the process in the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems correctly and completely as specified by the Legal Execution Department,
it shall be considered that I have not taken any action.
6. I accept to comply with the announcement of the Legal Execution Department
regarding the criteria and methods for using the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems.
7. I have read and understood the above statement and find it to be in accordance with my intentions in all respects. Therefore, I agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
* The Legal Execution Department reserves the right to change or add the terms and conditions of using the e-Offering Auction and e-Auction systems without prior notice.
